Personal & Spiritual Development course A 5 week foundation course to develop a connection to your intuition & psychic skills, beginning to explore how you give your energy away and how it is 'taken'. Join in a guided meditation to experience being in the energy of loving guides, angels and inspirers that walk with you, offering insight & support throughout our lives. Mondays will be for those on the complete course; Thursdays are for those just coming to some sessions. Come along to any you think might be of interest, or maybe you have a topic you would like look into for one of the sessions; do email me with your topic suggestion. The Metaphysical Gifts of Essential Oils Maybe you have heard about what essential oils can offer for your emotional and psychological health? Is your interest in your spiritual health and development growing? Then this 2 hour Tuesday group could be for you. Learn about the metaphysical and spiritual qualities of a selection of oils to aid spiritual health & development. Learn which oils will best aid meditation / relaxation practice. Begin to use oils to expand your level of consciousness to align you more with your guides and angelic realms; to commune in an intuitive state with your own inner, Higher wisdom. What are Angel Guides? How can we communicate with them? Together we can explore our perceptions of Angels & how we sense & experience them. share our own personal experiences & experience a meditation & relaxation practice that will help you to begin to feel & strengthen this connection. Angels are always with us, it is we who forget to call on them. Expereince the presence of the angels as you learn how to communicate with them. gain a little more clarity about how the Angelic world can assist us through our life challenges & be present in our celebrations! The Chakra System: What is it and How to work with it Wholistically In this 3 hour Introduction you will learn what the Seven Chakras are and how they create and effect our entire energy system. We will also be looking at how you can develop and strengthen your awareness of them. Understanding their impact on your Physical, Emotional, Psychological and Spiritual health.
